Access to popular European slot titles for people in the United States continues to improve. The latest movement toward that end is a new White Hat Studios – DraftKings partnership.
In short, the alliance brings White Hat games to DraftKings customers in five states. It also puts DraftKings’ casino products on equal footing with their competitors.
White Hat Studios expands with DraftKings
According to a Tuesday online casino content to DraftKings. That includes slot games, some with progressive jackpots, and table games.
Among White Hat’s most well-known content are its slot titles like Deal or No Deal and Ted. DraftKings Casino players should have access to those and other titles soon in five active markets. They are:
- Online Casinos in Connecticut
- Online Casinos in Michigan
- Online Casinos in New Jersey
- Online Casinos in Pennsylvania
- Online Casinos in West Virginia
This is far from White Hat’s first partnership with a US iGaming licensee. Over the past few months, White Hat has made similar deals with FanDuel for US markets.
Thus, online casino players in four of the above markets have already had access to White Hat games. DraftKings just gives them another way to play those games.
For players in the fifth market, however, the wait continues. It’s unclear whether DraftKings or another of its brands will make White Hat’s debut there, though.
Could DraftKings debut White Hat in Michigan?
The press release acknowledges that none of White Hat’s current partners offer its games in Michigan yet. It does not go as far as to say whether DraftKings will change that, though.
The release also does not state whether DraftKings will reserve White Hat content for its own branded online gaming product or whether it will also make the content available on Golden Nugget Casino.
DraftKings acquired Golden Nugget Online Gaming earlier this month. To this point, DraftKings hasn’t made many public statements about its intent for those iGaming channels.
This deal points to DraftKings having no intent to treat its own online casino offering as an afterthought. In fact, it could become the first to offer White Hat games in Michigan.
