More than four million lights.
That’s how many glowing bulbs will be on display at Enchant on the Strip, a holiday light exhibit that Resorts World Las Vegas will host from November 19 to Jan. 1. Enchant, the company behind the event, bills it as the world’s largest Christmas light maze and village.
“Bringing Enchant to Resorts World allows us to offer a fun holiday experience for our guests and locals alike,” Resorts World Las Vegas President Scott Sibella said in a company statement about the event. “With our spectacular lineup of live entertainment and unmatched hospitality, this exciting partnership will make our property the place to be this holiday season.”
Ticket sales for the event are live and start at $44 for adults and $23 for children.
Light show will feature variety of activities
Enchant on the Strip will take up over 10 acres on the Resorts World property. The spectacle will include:
- An immersive walk-through light maze
- A 100-foot-tall Christmas tree
- An ice skating trail (an additional $25 per person)
- Live entertainment
- Visits from Santa Claus
- A holiday marketplace
- Interactive games
Resorts World restaurants will serve specialty cocktails and food.
Hallmark is sponsoring the event and will run several branded experiences at the event, including a “Cozy Christmas Corner” where guests can take photos and relax. Also, visitors can enter a contest to win a trip to a Hallmark Movie set by completing a scavenger hunt.
“We’re thrilled that Resorts World Las Vegas will be home to Enchant this season as we bring our brand of holiday excitement to the Strip for the very first time,” Enchant CEO Kevin Johnston said. “We hope to become an annual tradition.”
Resorts World is one of two Enchant locations in Vegas
Enchant will also set up its winter wonderland at Las Vegas Ballpark, which is about a 30-minute drive from Resorts World.
While Enchant will be at Resorts World for the first time, this will be the second year it arrives at Las Vegas Ballpark. The setup at the stadium will feature all the non-Hallmark activities available at the resort.
The Enchant light show will be available at six other locations across the country, including:
- Dallas, Texas
- Nashville, Tennessee
- Sacramento, California
- San Jose, California
- Scottsdale, Arizona
- St. Petersburg, Florida
- Washington D.C.
Las Vegas is the only city that will host light shows in two locations.
