Rush Street Interactive’s contingent of celebrities endorsing its online gambling channels continues to grow, and that with more local connections as well. Joakim Noah, who spent nine seasons with the Chicago Bulls, is the latest signee for the Chicago-based gambling company.
RSI will use Noah in its promotional content for its brands BetRivers and PlaySugarHouse moving forward. That content could begin with hearkening back to the earlier days of his career before he put on a Chicago jersey.
Joakim Noah to star in betting and gambling content
According to a press release, people should soon start to see Noah in marketing materials for both brands, like:
- In-person appearances at BetRivers retail sportsbooks
- Billboard, radio, and television ads
- Various media outlets
Noah’s deal is exclusive with RSI. Perhaps the most original form of content that will come out of the partnership between the two is a weekly video series. In the series, Noah will provide commentary on basketball, his charitable efforts, and his life’s story.

As Noah alluded to, his inclusion could be a great way to reach bettors in and around Chicago. That isn’t the only place where Noah’s face and name should bring fond memories to the forefront, though.
Noah has broad appeal for sports fans
With the Bulls, Noah appeared in the league’s All-Star Game twice. He was a member of the 2013-14 All-NBA Team and won Defensive Player of the Year honors that same season. Noah qualified for the NBA’s All-Defensive Team three times in his career as well.
The 37-year-old Noah last played in the NBA in the 2019-20 season for the Los Angeles Clippers. Noah also spent two seasons with the New York Knicks and one season with the Memphis Grizzlies.
Before his 13-year NBA career, Noah was part of a Florida Gators program that won back-to-back national championships. That part of the former ninth overall NBA Draft selection’s career might be of most immediate importance.
With March Madness in its earliest stages, it’s uncertain whether RSI will create any content soon hearkening about Noah’s collegiate success. Regardless, people in places where RSI operates should expect to start seeing him around soon.
