Rounders Card Club in San Antonio, Texas, is hosting a massive 2022 South Texas Poker Championship from Nov. 7–21.
The 10-event festival will feature more than $1.5M in guaranteed prize money.
Buy-ins range from $25 up to $1,400 for the marquee $1,000,000 guaranteed South Texas Main Event. The tournament will start on Nov. 16 with the first of eight starting flights, with the final flight played as a 20-minute level turbo.
South Texas Poker Championship Series
While courts decide on the legality of poker games in Dallas, gambling in Texas otherwise goes on without interruption.
After a single 5:00 p.m. flight on Nov. 16, two flights will follow on Nov. 17 and Nov. 18, with noon and 5:00 p.m. flights.
Nov. 19 will be the same, with the addition of a final turbo flight that gets underway at 10:00 p.m.
Day 2 of the tournament kicks off on Nov. 20, when players will battle it out until a final table is reached. The finale takes place the following day, and Rounders Card Club will live stream the action.
Players can also participate in Event #4: Big Texas with a $400 buy-in and a $300,000 guarantee. The tournament has eight starting flights beginning on Nov. 10. Just like the Main Event, the Big Texas final table will also be live-streamed.
Other important events include a $300 buy-in pot-limit Omaha event, a $400 buy-in Big O event, and a $300 buy-in four-game big-bet mixed tournament.

The hip-only Rounders Card Club has something for everybody, which happens simultaneously with the series.
